Shipping policy

 We process orders from 9AM - 6PM from Monday to Saturday. 

Orders placed by 12pm PST will go out the same day, we ship Monday through Saturday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday.

We do not process orders on Sunday and major holidays.

Due to our fast processing rates orders placed with an incomplete or invalid address will automatically be canceled and refunded.

USPS tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. At times, you may experience your tracking showing "Electronic shipping information received." This simply states that USPS has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts.

Delivery delays:

Once Love Ely has handed the package over to USPS, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit contact USPS directly.
